Overview
I joined Chainalysis as one of the first 300 employees and one of two designers. During my time, I saw the company grow to a team of 13 designers and nearly 1,000 employees. I had the unique opportunity to contribute to its transformation from a mid-stage startup to an enterprise organization.
My work primarily focused on creating better pathways for communication and information sharing between law enforcement investigators and private sector regulators. Below is a narrative illustrating how the projects I launched worked together as puzzle pieces to support investigators in their efforts.

Community v1
Prior to me joining, we launched the Community Tab for our private sector customers in January 2021.
This feature is tied to an entity at the cluster level and provides an easy way for customers to share information with one another, particularly insights related to a specific cluster.
While 33% of enabled users have interacted with the tab, only 0.5% have contributed by posting messages.
The main reason for this low contribution rate is that Community messages are hidden within a tab at the cluster level. As a result, posts like 'I think this is a scam, does anyone know more about this?' are not easily discoverable by other users.
